Stress Less - Stress is a part of life today and there’s no getting away from it. Stress can increase absenteeism and presenteeism, as well as create and fuel chronic illness, from weight gain, colds, diabetes to cancer. We show you creative ways of reducing stress from onsite yoga, lunch and learns and online enagement. We address the many areas of stress, depending on the needs of your employees. The fact is, stress determines whether or not we eat, move, play, learn and engage for a more abundant life at work, home or community.
Engage - Engaging in community by giving back, whether through mentoring, partnering with a non-profit with 5K runs, creates a sense of purpose individually and corporately. We also like to bring the community to your workplace with health fairs. LA HealthGroup works with your Human Resources Department to organize these engaging events.
Eat - Yes, we believe everyone should be eating more high quality, nutrient dense foods. We show your employees how to add convenient, nutritious foods to their diet, how to swap the less healthier foods they are eating to healthier, more filling foods.
